Mondays and Tuesdays from 530-7 I offer an athleticism plus hitting class. From 530-615, player work with a trainer at the Riekes Center on running form, explosivenesss, and agility. I could not recommend the running portion of this class enough, most kids never learn how to run… which is insane given how much they do it!

From 615-7, they come to me, we do 15 minutes of arm care to prevent throwing injury and hip mobility to encourage fluid movement on the field. Then, we split into groups and hit for 30 minutes, I roam and instruct. Super high reps. This class has proven to be quite popular and fun.
